Loan Amounts: $100,000 to $5,000,000.

Property Types Include: 1-4 family residential investment, investment condos, multi-family, mixed use, retail, office, hotels and motels, warehouse, and more. ( If you property type is not listed please inquire).

Ineligible Property Types Include: Raw land and gas stations.

Loan to Value: Maximum can be up to 80% ltv ( depending on transaction type, property type, and credit score).

Credit Score: 650 minimum ( but can be lower on a case by case basis).

Rates: Fixed rates from 7%.  Amortization over 25 to 30yrs. Fixed terms from 3 years up to 8 years.

Prepay: Step down prepay depending on how long the fixed period is for.

Closings: Generally closings can be in 3-4 weeks ( depending on how quickly the necessary documents are provided).
